Missing MSVCR71.dll when running UruLauncher.exe for the first time

When you first run UruLauncher.exe after downloading/installing the Minkata shard client you get an error message similar to the following:

The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

MSVCR71.dll is one of the Microsoft Visual C++.Net 2003 runtime libraries and will often already be installed on your system. If not, you may get this error. This file is actually downloaded once the patcher runs but it is currently needed by the launcher.

Obtain a copy of MSVCR71 (e.g. by downloading the file from here: http://uru.mac-fife.me.uk/msvcr71.dll) and place it in the same folder as UruLauncher.exe.

Note: This issue is present in client builds #65 and above but will be corrected a future build of the client.
