UruLauncher.exe and Norton Internet Security

Solution

If you have Norton Internet Security installed on your PC, when you first run UruLancher.exe, it may fail to update the client.

You need to set Norton to trust UruLauncher.exe and UruExplorer.exe:

  1. Once you have unpacked the initial download files, find UruLancher.exe in the folder you created for the Minkata shard client, and right click on it. Select "Norton Internet Security" -> "Norton Insight". On the Details page, change "Don't trust" to "Trust".
  2. Run UruLancher.exe and it should start to update the client.
  3. Once UruExplorer.exe has been downloaded, right click on it and select "Norton Internet Security" -> "Norton Insight". On the Details page, change "Don't trust" to "Trust".
